I need to take a new character to level 21. Its at level 11 atm. Lets say i have a level 35 Blaze Wizard he could leech from, where should i go to?

you really dont need to leech at all. anyone can do 1-21 in 2-3 hours if not faster :P just do the family rep quests and piggy mini dungeon
