I like Chrome better. After I updated to 3.5 on FF, it hasn't run as well as before. Plus Chrome loads in a jiffy and the interface is so simple.

Chrome failed miserably for me. It wasn't fast compared to FF, or IE8. It was the same speed as both. Plus, it crashed whenever I wanted to watch something on YouTube or Veoh. But that was a long time ago, during beta. I dunno how it is now. Besides, I see nothing wrong with FF, plus I love the customization. So I doubt I'll be trying Chrome anytime soon.
