Not completely sure what it does, does it throw a egg and all ur atk like Triple shot goes to it? So that triple shot will be 380% more stronger?

You hit an enemy and your attacks will go through other monsters to hit it. Damage increases by 20% once you get max advanced homing, or whatever its called.

The 380% is just the damage when your egg hits the monster

homing beacon (3rd job skill) is when you throw an egg at a monster and it will focus all your future 1 on 1 attacks on that monster. that 380%+ dmg isnt an extra boost for your attacks. it just means that when you throw the egg, the dmg the egg does to the monster is 380%. Bullseye (4th job skill) however, is different than homing beacon. for every point put into it, you recieve an additional 1% dmg boost in all the attacks you do after throwing the egg. at max(lvl20) you can do an extra 20% per attack you do, which imo, makes corsairs a great bossing char.
