Just bought a 20str/2dex top unhammered for 140M. I've also seen 22str 2 dex top go for 250, I'm guessing 300m/350?

Well a 23 str 0 slot is about 600m I believe, so it would prolly be somewhere in the 500-700m range? And I would say use those new 100% scrolls o.o

zgtaf : And lol @centorius ripping off a poor guy D: nah top str scrolls used to be a hime drop i believe, so you'd see str tops EVERYWHERE. I remember getting a 15 str top for 5m.
