For the skill meso guard, notice that lvl 1 it guards 90% of physical damage, and higher the level it guards less physical damage. Isn't that a bad thing...

It means 90% of the damage taken is put into mesos, and is a 10% reduction, so leveling it up is better for the long run.

Idk what exactly it means because i have level 1 meso guard on my abandoned CB and it blocks half of the damage.

no matter what lvl MG is at it will always block 50% no more no less the lvl depends on how long it last and how much meso you lose the higher the lvl the long it last and the less meso you lose
