Cygnus Parent Deletion

I made a new character to serve as the parent for my thunder breaker, I have the character at level 20 and have created my thunder breaker. Is it possible to delete the parent character and keep my Cygnus Knight?

Your new character cannot become a parent though even if it gets to level 20.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible, but you can try if you'd like.

Does the BoS go back to lv 0 then or remain unchanged? Also can you make another parent for the Cygnus knight to lv the BoS
