I want to know if selling account is legal i got a lv 76 cb and a 63 fighter to sell but i wonder if its legal i dotn want to spam it in fm cause i wonder if i could get ban ps: u can pm me if u are interest no scammer plz

Selling an account is a bannable offense and I can almost guarantee your goning to be scammed.

It's against their ToS,and there is like only 10% chance you will get the money and wont get banned.The most realistic options is that you will get banned or scammed.

Well, on ebay, I searched up maplestory, and he was selling his account, at the bottom, he had something that said bla bla bla won't go against the tos or google or nexon or w/e im not selling the account im selling the time and effort bla bla bla. Either way, he found a loophole tbh o.O

Either way, he found a loophole tbh o.O Ain't no loophole when you agree to the ToS and it states that the account and everything on the account is actually owned by them. You don't actually own the character/accounts. So selling the account is against the ToS and is selling their property. You are making money off their game which I know for a fact they will take action on. Look at Laid(sad to see a great NL wasted like that) he was banned fully. He could of said the same thing and it won't make a difference. The moment you accepted the ToS when you logged on. You are bond to it. If there really is a loophole like you say. They would of looked at it by now and people I've seen wouldn't of been banned for selling the account.
