2x Brings Out The Worst In People

I don't know what it is but lately I've been seeing some of the biggest jerks come out during these summers 2x events. Up until cygnus knights came out it didn't matter to me as I had the very lovely newtie mini-dungeon to train at. However I've made a dawn warrior and I was training him at voodoos on a Tuesday and I didn't realize that 2x exp was coming. So what happens some night walker with a tube comes in and starts ksing me, unfortunately for me despite being stronger then the NW I was significantly slower then him and he was asking for items to leave. Instead I brought over my MM only to find he had moved onto a new channel and was doing the same thing. Clearly he wasn't looking for a place to train so I began to run around giving SE to the poor people he was trying to ks into giving him items. That same Friday I was training at voodoos again without the intention of staying for 2x and in comes some priest and a thunder breaker and the priest says "Give me 500k and I'll leave." So I go on my MM and find him doing the same thing in other channels and of course now he starts begging me for mesos even though he was selling the spots he KSed to his guildies (Slipknot was the name fyi). Today I had the intent of getting my DW from 67 to 70 and in anticipation of the KSing to come brought my MM along. About 15 minutes in some sniper comes in and starts KSing me and I ask him to ccs but apparently he only spoke Spanish. Fine I speak Spanish too, ask him to leave and he keeps going. I go on my MM knock some windraiders into him and he leaves. I train solo for about 10 more minutes and in comes a CB who asks to split and I say fine. But within an hour another CB comes in and starts KSing both of us. I remember last summer when I was 2xing my crossbowmen at lower ascent or at STDs people were less jerks. They'd ask to split the map and you would say yes politely because you knew it was totally packed. I don't know if cygnus knight mentality that you're stronger makes people more willing to KS you or what but it wouldn't kill people to stay civilized during these 2x events.

your right, i have a level 39 wind archer, 2x is about to start and i wanan get it to level 45 by the end of the day (it's 7pm here). can someone please (on bellocan) send money, or good items to 'IsmexyyWind' because i really nneddd itt. thankyou.

It's horrible in Scania, you can't even train at normal training spots during 2x unless you have someone to help protect your map and chase off those noob ksers. It doesn't help that the general attitude of Maplers have become more corrupt and selfish, and that Nexon is feeding the egos of the people that have money, or their parent's credit cards.

Elventine : It's horrible in Scania, you can't even train at normal training spots during 2x unless you have someone to help protect your map and chase off those noob ksers. It doesn't help that the general attitude of Maplers have become more corrupt and selfish, and that Nexon is feeding the egos of the people that have money, or their parent's credit cards. All of my training spots are either taken by unfunded dexless sins or Bishops/AMs spamming their ultimates for leech buyers.

I knock windraiders into NWs with PKB. It rarely works, but I threw alot of mean people down that cliff.

Many people don't know what the meaning of the word "civilized" is. They're all just power hungry people who couldn't give a rat's ass about what they do to others. It's unfortunate how most of the maple population has degraded into a bunch of savages.

I agree, was training Himes today with a DK and had about 5 or 6 different parties just come in and start ksing. luckily my pt member knew a lvl 15x bishop that helped us but, people are the worst during 2x it just goes to show people are to young and immature to play the game without respecting other maplers who just wana train.

while I was 4x this blaze wiz came to the channel I was training at and ksing me. At first I didn't mind because I thought he'd take one side and I could take the other. (I was trying to be nice ) Then he kept following me and ksing me so i asked him to change channels and he said ''PAY ME'' I ignored him and he cc'ed. Then like 15 minutes later he came back and started ksing me again. >.>

Yes, that's true but there are plenty of other maps that people doesn't even know exist that's just as good.

I got to avoid it all since only desperate PA DKs and lower leveld Cbs train at EWs :D.
