Why do people say offer when they already know the price? Whenever I trade someone whos selling something, I get an "offer" automatically. :PP and most of the time when I offer I don't really know the price but I need the item. If i offer something too low they call me a noob and cancel -_-"

They want to see if they can get a deal or not. This happens on many games.

Because there is no set price for an item. Just an average. People want to see if they can try to get a little more. Common sense....

People who are selling should have a price. After all, it's their item
