FightinDuckNope, I got 0 dash and lvl 15 sharkwave (boo-yah!) I went for the get shark wave and 1 sparks asap build. And let me tell you sharks is amazing I love the range and the sharks, damage is ok too, I 2ko hoodoos with it (I can't pass the JQ to windraiders lol).

max dash is better than sprite so you might as well max it

Max dash is pointless, you get a mount at 50 which does not take that long to reach.
