Why Yugioh should be a sport (Not A Serious Thread)

Before I begin this thread, let us remember the definition of a sport. Taken from dictionary.com,an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature, as racing, baseball, tennis, golf, bowling, wrestling, boxing, hunting, fishing, etc, is a sport. Yugioh should be a sport because it is a psychical activity (lifting cards is exercise) and you need a form of prowess (mental) in it to beat your opponent. I would also claim that yugioh is very competitive, world known, and has sponsored competitions to compete in for a higher rank in the eyes of fans and players, just like if a team won the world series, stanley cup, or the superbowl. Yugioh also takes determination and training, you can't take a deck and expect to win, you have to use it and learn how to use it well. You also can't just use any cards, you have to research and attain them to mix with the other cards to make a good deck. This would be like training camp or conditioning in the sports world. I hope all of you basilers take these claims into consideration next time you vote for a sport. Happy Yugioh-ing~

Ickest : You don't have to exercise for sports. Billiards/Pool, poker, darts, they're all sports and you don't exactly have to get buff for them. or chess
