Accuracy needed (dexless Thunderbreaker)

I'm just wondering how much accuracy is needed to hit the monsters in LPQ/CPQ between level 30-50. I wish to leave it at level 50 and not have a Zhelm on him (and for him to stay dexless). I plan to get Max mastery and Energy Charge, but what other skill should I get? Lightning charge or Corkscrew Blow? (Remembering that I'm staying level 50). My accuracy would be: Level 8 BoS (I can't remember if it is 8 accuracy, 16 accuracy or 0 accuracy :D) 12 from 20 base dex 10 from snipe pills 20 from that 1st job skill 20 from mastery possibly 20 from Energy charge and 10/20 accuracy from maple knuckle/storm finger. Would this be enough to hit stuff?

So add all acc together. i have 10dex sauna, 2acc earrings,4 acc shoes, 10acc weapons, 20acc 1st job skill. 20acc second job mastery, 10 acc glove, 8 acc helm, and my oringnal 20dex that i start with. i have about 85-100 acc. im a level 34 Dexless TB with 69 Accuracy and i hit everything in Room 1/2 and 5/6, i havnt tried 3/4 yet

Yes you have more than enough, though I would recommend a 10 dex bathrobe not for the 8 acc, but because of the 10 speed. Also, an Ic2 would be nice, though if you care more about damage, a pac w/ str would do.

should be fine for cpq but darkness/avoid up will get you but alishar maybe a different story
