Other than the one quest in NLC where you get a 60% gta. What other Glove for Att quests are there?

There`s one in Herb Town, that involves PPQing, but I don`t remember the name of it. You know that panda guy who`s right outside of the portal to the very right of Herb town? He gives you it.
