So a few weeks ago I logged a ticket concerning the banning of my priest and a friends' dragon knight. Today I had finally received a response. What I wrote in my ticket : Greetings Nexon, Recently I have logged into MapleStory to find my account permanently banned (apparently for the use of third party programs). I've never once used hacking programs, bots, or abused glitches/glitchers. As I went into my first Magatia PQ, I was immediately kicked off of maple. When I tried to login, the suspension notice came up. Soon after I contacted my friend and he said the same event happened to him. May I please be enlightened on this situation?
