brawler v.s gunslinger

hey everyone i have a level 51 brawler and i'm thinking about switching to being a gunslinger, would anyone recommend being a gunslinger? or should i just stick with my brawler. i have no motivation to train my brawler anymore and gunslingers look pretty fun but i also hear theyre REALLY weak 1-70 . also just wondering but if you have somewhat decent funding will a gunslinger come out alot stronger in those hell levels? p.s if you guys have some cool brawler vidyas can you please link em in the comments for some brawler motivation? thanks all c:<3

if you want to mob - brawler if you want to 1v1 - slinger if you want to have good damage and cool skills starting at 30 - brawler if you want to have great damage and cool skills starting at 70 - slinger As to your question "will slingers become stronger at higher levels" it really depends on what you mean. If your one who thinks of damage as hitting 6 things for around 3-4k then the brawler is MUCH more powerful. Course then I'd just give it up and make a bishop or AM seeing as they hit 20k on like 16 things at level 1 ultimate. However if your looking at bossing dpm, a outlaw or sair is pretty much gonna be your highest with perfect control. And i KNOW someones gonna say "NL ARE BETTER HIGHER DPM." While this is totally untrue in a perfect world, we dont live in a perfect world and i hear its pretty hard to stay on the ship at all times. On ship sair>TT NL>Off Ship sair

well I plan on going 70+ and can't slingers mob too? with that splash bullet thing? and i was just gonna buy cpq wins till 50 and use my somewhat "good" level fiddy gear would that help with the weak dmg gunslingers have? i'm not really a dmg wh0r3 but i hear theyre dmg is ridiculously weak :|

Slinger vs Brawler: Brawler win Corsair vs Buccaneer (or whatever 4th job is lol): Corsair win Corsairs are slow going from 52-70, but I don't find it so hard with LPQ and others. CPQ is a nogo. But i got to lvl 52 with 12/7 playing in a week, all hwile being distracted and making money.

Yes, a slinger compared to a brawler is weak from lvls 1-70. But keep in mind people play slingers for fun, not damage. If you don't like the brawler then I think the slinger would be your best bet. Using recoil shot and float looks pretty fun. And in the long run slingers out damage brawlers, although brawlers do better mob damage, and have the best mob control of all classes (that is until aran comes out).

slinger is one of the best bossing classes once they get past their HUGE hell lvls

the fastest for me was getting a good LPQ party from 35-51. then i went to roids till 55, now im at mp3. its not that bad once you get max invis shot, at least it hasnt been for me. in the 60's if your well funded you should be able to go to WR and get there pretty fast without leeching. Good luck with your slinger if you end up making one.
