Cpq2 necklaces the Best necklace in game?

Since it comes with + 1 ~ 3 w.att along with 3 slots. If the owner was lucky enough to use 3 perfect chaos scrolls on it, the weapon att would be 18. Do you think this is in anyway going to damage the prices for MoN's and Ht necklaces?

They aren't tradable, i hear, even with karma. At any rate, it's more likely you'll end up gettin a 0 attack pendant than anything more than 4.

Well the drop rate is extremely low. You get around 1 coin/ 10 minutes. We can multiply by 150 for the total amount needed for a necklace, and that adds up to 1500 minutes, or 25 hours.
