I've done this quest and Im sure of my info. Do all of Lita Lawless' bounty hunter quests. Required items: 30 Lucky Charms (from leprechauns) 30 Elder Rags (from elder wraiths) Jack O Lantern (from headless horseman) Bigfoot Toe (from bigfoot obviously) After you give in all of those at least once, you will be able to initiate a quest with Lita Lawless that gives you the deputy star. You must be level 70 to give in the Jack O Lantern. You must be level 80 to give in the Bigfoot Toe. Basically you must be level 80 to finish the Deputy Star quest.
