I'm a spearman with a 35 acc maple karstan (level 64 maple polearm), around 10 mill funding. Where should I train? (LMPQ, CPQ2, MP3, Windraiders, etc.)

Windraiders. Unless somehow you don't have enough accuracy, then MP3. Or if you want to collect money, stick to LMPQ.

windraiders, of course. If you get bored or tired you can try voodos/hoodos, leprechauns (for good money/ilbis..etc), mp3, lmPQ (rewards: elixirs, pe elixirs, pure waters, watermelons...), or even MulungDojo.

Windraiders till level 8x. If you max pole arm fury first training will go faster instead of slower untill level ~77-79. My DK was there 74-87 then I moved to himes.
