Looking for a new PS3 Game

Currently I am playing Midnight Club: LA, and I love it. But I kinda wanna get a new game. My favorite genres are: Racing (not racing simulator (Forza, etc)) More of an Arcade Style of racing Action/Adventure (Devil may cry, god of war) Free-roam (Grand theft auto) Platformers (Little big planet) FPS (I only like some of these, such as CoD and Halo)) Genres I do not like: Stealth Games (Splinter Cell) I hate having to slowly move, I like just running out guns blazin' :D Puzzle Games (Where you have to solve puzzles / mysteries in order to continue threw the story mode) Games I have ATM: Midnight Club: LA Need for Speed: Undercover Little Big Planet Call of Duty 4 Any ideas? I am 95% going to get GTA4, but some people say it sucks, and a lot of people say its great, what does basil say?

I was going to say Metal Gear Solid 4 (my favorite game) but you said you don't like stealth games. So i'd go with Resident Evil 5.

Ridge Racer 7 is pretty fun but it's track racing so not much like Midnight Club:LA. Plus, the online is pretty much empty except for the crazy people who are really good. Saints Row 2 is somewhat like GTA. Action games, you could always wait for Bayonetta. It's like Devil May Cry but it comes out next year.

I recommend Uncharted, Killzone 2, Resistance 1/2. You can also wait for the game of the year edition of Fallout 3 which will include all of the DLC.

Travis : Lol, maybe on RE5 :/ Scary games dont work too well for me lols, like where things pop out Resident Evil 1-3 may be scary. BUT RE5 is not scary at all. There is no pop-out (zombies popping out of no where through windows/doors). I am only 13 and I play it alot. I do not find it scary at all. There is also a 2 player co-op (either play with a friend/family member or online co-op) in this game which makes it way more fun. Otherwise get Killzone 2. Great exclusive for the PS3 and it has great graphics. Both games have a very high replay value so it'll last for a long time. - Resident Evil (survival mode, co-op, etc..) - Killzone 2 (online mode etc...)

Resistance 2 Storymode is awesome. Co-op with like up to 2+ of your friends in the same room is awesome. Online can hold up to 64 players, doesn't lag either. At least not for me. It's kinda scary but trust me man, so worth it. And it's so much fun getting to play with like your brother/friend on co-op.
