| With the new patch one of the quests in the Back to School Event is the 3 part Alphabet Soup quest. Well. I have completed these quests. Yes, all of them. And I will share my knowledge with you. Below you will see instructions, monster drops, letter prices, and rewards! The quests are exactly the same. The only difference is the word you must spell with your letters or "alphabet pasta". How do I begin one of the quests? To begin the quest, talk to the Maple Administrator who is located in every town. She will ask you to collect alphabet pasta to spell the word "Nexon", "Wizet", or "Maplestory". Where can I find these letters or "alphabet pasta"? 1. You can wait everyday for Cassandra to give you a letter. (Double-click the lightbulb above your head or find Cassandra in any town). 2. Hunt monsters to find the letters (2x DROP from your family rep is a good way to pick up fast letters). 3. Hate the hunting and have a lot of cash on you? Try the Free Market. Many people who have nothing else better to do must've collected or found those letters. Try buying the letters from them! (Yes, the letters ARE tradeable. No Scissors of Karma are needed). *ALL LETTERS EXPIRE ON: September 23, 2009.* Let's say I want to hunt the monsters. How do I know what monsters drop what letters? I don't want to be guessing and waste my 2x DROP It's been discovered that EVERY MONSTER DROPS EVERY LETTER. But some drop more than others.
