Both depending on the series. Some shows you just HAVE to have the Japanese emotion behind it. Others it really doesn't matter.

Naruto is very good dubbed I guess. I started watching anime not so long ago (like 7 episodes XD) I think I'll pick dubbed for naruto. Maybe different for others
