On a non-warrior (without max hp increase) how much would 1 point into HP roughly get me? Is it different for all classes or roughly the same? I was kind of curious what would happen if I used a character life to make a level 30 warrior and pumped everything into health, since he would not have max hp increase....

1 AP into HP is 1 HP.

Holy crap, that's a good question. Another reason why that maple life thing fails

So I'm guessing by making an automatic level 30 and dumping everything into hp, I won't have enough HP to tank skeles?

I think that it is all different for all jobs, like if you put ap in hp when you're a warrior you'll benefit from it more than you would if you were a thief addind so into hp.

It varies and depends on your luck. There's no fixed amount.

I was also thinking of taking MP off my cleric and dumping it into HP. Would that actually work? Edit: How much mp do bishops have at 120? I'd hate not to have enough to genesis with....

Actually if you read up on the maple life more closely, it takes into account the HP up for warriors. It does the same thing for mages and their MP up skill. So your HP total should end up being normal.

You can't transfer MP directly to HP, but you can wash by getting extra mp (you should have a lot because clerics use int, for extra MP on level ups) and then adding a point into HP, and reseting it back to int.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused.

When you do the maple life, all skills are at 0, but if you make a magician/warrior, it will ask if you want to put HP/MP increase in beforehand, so you'll have regular HP/MP.

So, if I select yes, and start dumping my 100 or so spare points into HP, I'd end up with the HP increase benefit, correct? (Same as if I leveled with the char?)
