ok i cant get into the wrath of the nightshadow map i get up to the door and press up and nothing happens is there quests i have to get past for it?

Maybe you were lagging, try it again and if it does not work check Hidden-Street.

Maybe you went up the wrong door? It's not the door on the most left, it's the next to the stairs.
