Because my P.E teacherr keeps on telling me I run so slowly. o.o I just walk the mile x: She keeps on asking me how I don't gain weight at all, and that shes amazed I'm not fat yet. >_> My record for a mile: 7:42 ): EDIT: Oh wait, I re-checked my list of mile times. My fastest is 7:13 o.o .... If you guys TRULY run less then 5:30 or less, you should go for the olympics. =w=

You don't seem to realize that you get slower the more you run. So I think you're running 6:30, and that's not "a lil over 5 min for a mile".

Four, five, six seconds. Not really. The last time I ran a mile was in fifth grade seven years ago (I still do sports and stuff. I just haven't run a mile). It took me nine and a half minutes >.< I know someone in my school who runs a four seventeen.

Iunno, i never timed myself..in gym we just run the track as a warm up as the teacher sets up the field, however long that takes.

i could do <5min if i try hard i do 3400 in 12 min so its doable but hey i have field hockey practice 3 times a week + a match and i tennis every now and then so i guess im not unprepared
