Hi basil, Well... I have a cygnus knight lvl10 and was choosing between Thunder Breaker or Wind Archer. I dont know which one does more damage at lower levels and is more fun to play with. [I won't get higher than lvl 50]. Hopefully you can give me some reasons to choose one of them. -Thanks ChaoScorpion [Btw...i should be able to buy most items to fund it]

Based on what I have read, Wind Archers get super strong later, so I would go TB

TB. Definitely TB. Level 50 also equals CPQ/LPQ mule. TB's kick ass at that =o. It's also my personal opinion that TB's SUCK at higher levels anyways. >->; And what the guy above me said. WA's are kinda fun lower level, but only really get storm breath. It's not 'til Albatross that they're super-awesome-sexy-cool.

DyceDarq : It's also my personal opinion that TB's SUCK at higher levels anyways. >->; General stereo-typing doesn't get you anywhere. There are TB's out there that can do as high as 105k damage at lv100+ But unlike other TB's, I can already hit 15k+ damage at lv73. OnTopic: Go with TB, it's like one of the funnest classes that doesn't have too many skills nor little. Sparks is pro since it lets you attack multiple mobs, even when you use straight fist. Shark Wave is cherry, and deals a lot of damage, along with a far range the shark travels. Critical Fist practically makes TB's very special from normal Brawlers. Also, transformation + sparks + shark wave = Godly damage to mobs. You can do the math Btw, WA don't have SE.

It's not general stereotyping x-x; I don't care about other peoples' opinions that much when taking into consideration making a class. Shark Wave may have ridiculous range, but the damage % isn't great. Critical Punch is a good skill, but they lose even more bossing skills without ST, which (IMHO) makes them a much more boring class. Also lack of Dragon Strike = D:

wind archers have crap damage at low levels. and they have sub par damage at high levels, but they get crazy mofo skills that make up for it. Im lvl 80 and i hit 1036-1899. And its not cuz i have crap equips. Im strless, with 10 att wg, 5 att pac, 19 dex overall, 9 dex shoes and 16str/15dex zhelm. and Before lvl 50 the only attack you get is strom break which is actaully a really good attack, but you get sick of spamming that crap after a while. double shot sucks. lvl 1 strafe is stronger than DS at max. I would go with TB if ur not planning on going above 50.

onimusha626 : Lol, im a lvl 100 TB and i can do 60K with barrage im low dex I think that's the average damage for a well funded TB. There was a screeny a long time ago of a 104 TB dealing over 100k damage or so.

bboyaerok : I think that's the average damage for a well funded TB. There was a screeny a long time ago of a 104 TB dealing over 100k damage or so. Do keep in mind it was on a Viking, which is lightning weak. Nonetheless that damage is pretty insane. OT : I'd go with a TB, since you said yourself you get it past level 50. And a TB is pretty fun during its low levels. Not so sure about WAs.
