Is leech patched or no?

if not then where should I leech from 86-92 because harps are getting boooring and annoying leeching myself there. I heard gobies are good at my lvl. Oh and btw is the normal exp from leeching harps 350-500 from the blue and red birds (without 2x) [EDIT] Why do people call me lazy when its obvious that I even said I'm leeching MYSELF. does anyone see the freaking MYSELF thing anywhere? anyone?
