Using Bamboo Rain

Is it me or Bamboo rain doesn't work? My bar is full and it tells me up arrow+ctrl+alt. I do that.Nothing happens. then i do up arrow+x(my attack button)+z(my jump button). Nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem?

Just hold the buttons down until it works or keep pressing them, sometimes it doesn't work for me either.

You have to press ctrl and alt, not attack and jump. Same thing happened to me.

Press and hold the arrow key, then press ALT + CTRL. It actually takes ALT and CTRL not what you have as your attack and jump keys.
