Hey, Guys. Here's a deal. I am a Chinese and I have been living in the United States for 1.5 years. Everybody knows I am good at math, so recently one friend of mine(a girl) keep asking me if I could lend her my math homework because she doesn't know how to do it. I did teach her how to do in the school bus, but seemed like she still didn't get that, I think she thought "copying" would be a lot easier. Here's my question, guys, is she using me because I am good at math, because otherwise I don't know how to deny her nicely, I don't want people to think I make a girl mad and consider me as a bad guy, but I don't want people to use me either. Can anyone help me out? I am so pissed because it's so conflicting. Thank you!

Well, it's up to you, but it should be fine to help once, but if it happens often, then yeah, that would be using you

tell her that you're willing to tutor her and help her out with whatever she doesnt understand but dont keep giving her your homework to copy because that wont help her when shes taking a test and doesnt have you as her backup plan. i dont think she'll take it too harshly. youre just doing it for her own good

Just whenever she asks you to help her, don't show her your homework, if she asks where it is, say damn, I forgot to do it! And help her with hers.

yea, she's hot. but she's not my type and I don't plan to get any chicks in high school. ( I am currently a sophomore).

Tell her you need 2$ per every time you give her your homework.

StephenDedalus: Damn, that's a cool way but I don't wanna earn money through this crap. It will knock down my credits.

Just do what i do, tell her that I dont feel right showing you my work, its not personal or anything but Ill be willing to tutor you so you understand it. Btw, say this nicely and as polite as you can.

If she asks you to help her again, try to help her understand the material. If it seems like she is just copying your homework again and it seems unfair, then don't lend it to her. I've experienced things like this before. It felt like I was being used too. >.>

StephenDedalus : Tell her you need 2$ per every time you give her your homework. I sold my science notes to some kid for $20 I got them back and sold them for another kid for $5

If you keep lending your homework, she won't understand, leading to the point where she's going to do badly/start failing. Or, you could tutor her.
