Today at around 4 am. I woke up from a bad dream , I opened my eyes and try to stretch and begin to realize I couldn't move. I tried to talk or scream but nothing came out of my mouth. It lasted about 5-10 mins. It was horrible, scariest experience in my life so far. I don't want to sleep now.

iv had hat a few times but im still dreaming and im lying there and my insides start being pulled out but there is nothing there and it feels so real i hate it ><>

At least you dont have it as bad as i do... When I freeze up, I can barely breathe, and then I start seeing something coming towards me in a big black cloak. Then I start to freak out and I start to feel things crawling on my arms and legs. This happens at least 3 times a week for me :[
