What to upgrade / training spots. Help appreciated.

Most of these are off the top of my head, but should be very close to their actual stats. +7 / 76 ATT Cannon Shooter 6 ATT WG 2 ATT / +2 DEX PAC Agent Shoes (will be expiring, what should I get?) '06 Maple Bandana Yellow Clean Leaf Earrings I plan on getting a Zhelm first, but what should I focus on next? I know these are pretty average equips. Also, at what level should I begin sniping Newts? And where else should I train? At 73, I'm currently at Windraiders. Thanks much!

Wr for money till around 80ish o.o keep exchanging badges, then id reccommend sniping newties around 85 o.o or when u can do 1k+ on them on each bullet
