I'm doing that dumb quest called "Guardian Angel" Where you have to watch over the drug deal and then kill a bunch of cubans but I keep losing. Anyone have a good strategy for this mission?

I just got a rocket launcher, blew up the cars coming, and blew up the cubans. For the motorcycle chase after, I just machine gunned him and I won.
