Ele Wand or Reverse Aeas Hand?

So Ele Wand gives 145m.att and 1.25x Element Boost. Reverse Aeas Hand can be ungraded with Jewels, Lvled up, Scrolled 9 times. So is Reverse Aeas Hand good for Bishops only or AM can use them too?

They're good for Am's, but Ele's are just better [Unless you can scroll great]

Because of the way matk effects the actual damage, even using a clean secondary elemental wand/staff would give more damage then using a perfect aeas hand.

Elewands are always better for mages. Bishops are a different story o-o
