Is it true that you can make a steel plate out of iron pig hooves? If so that is really useful.

Yes, you can make a steel plate out of iron pig hooves. Edit: The ore refiner at Kerning can do it too.

Yes, you can. Talk to you Refiner in kerning. I think it is 100 for 1 steel plate.

Oh yes, I remember following a DK, looting all these hooves while he/she(I wasn't sure..) was waiting for MM. I made four or five steel plates, and sadly sold them for low prices. But that was over a year ago.

There are some in the burning land, where boars and fire boars are. But ridiculouslyfew T_T Why'd they have to get rid of them at MM?

The only place iron hogs spawn now is pig beach. But that's one per hour.
