Leech Exp by next patch

Is it true that leech exp will get cut in half or so by the next patch? If so does anyone have proof? Or is it just leech sellers trying to make a quick profit O_O?

All I've heard is that PG leeching is getting patched by making PG acc based so it can miss. So bigfoot, anego and whatever boss leech there is is going byebye :o

It is true KMS has gotten a new EXP formula but there is no proof or even hint that Nexon GMS will be changing the EXP formula.

pg mules will be useless although dex mules will be able to hit but making on of them is costly and i'm sure bf and anego leech will rise
