Hey guys im sure by now most of you already know that KMS has a new class called Aran, it is supposed to be a legendary class thats based on speed and combos. Also this class uses polearms to attack and i dont know if this true or not but it is supposed to have its own equips (not sure). Yea i know it just released in KMS and will probably take like 8-10 months for it to release but seriously ever since ive seen the recent videos about them i cant stop thinking about it. So i started researching about this super class and i have found almost everything you can know about the Aran class (so far). INTRO The Arans were heroes of the past who fought for the Maple World but the Black Magician froze them with a curse. After hundreds of years, the heroes from the past awakened from a voice of a soft and ice cold looking girl. They were cursed and imprisoned in the ice for a very long time, leading to a loss of their memories and abilities. The heroes are aware that the Black Magician will come back to the Maple World very soon and they are determined to defeat the Black Magician for once and for all. [i]" According to the prophecy, the Rien clan has been waiting for the Hero to return. Finally I have been awakened by the voice of this girl ..called Lilin, a beautiful ice-cold looking girl who belongs to the Rien clan. Lilin told me that I was one of the heroes that fought the Black Magician hundreds of years ago, but the Black Magician was stronger than me.. and cursed me � I was imprisoned and asleep in the ice for a very long time.. I lost all my memories and abilities.. Was I a hero? .. Lilin told me she and the inhabitants of Rien would help me regain my abilities back."[/i] The Official Promo for the class (youtube) The Intro: (youtube) This is by far the coolest intro ever, well when you start out you get to play this super strong warrior a.k.a Aran whos on this mission to Beat the Black Magician in the process you get frozen up... How to PLay this Class & Skillz Well the Aran class is a completely different class with a whole new style of gameplay, well for example this class runs on combos and the more combos you hit the stronger your attack, and also you can only activate some skills if you have a certain amount of combos. Another interesting point to put out is that the skillz for this class are used differently than the other classes. Unlike Cyg and Basic 4 Classes this class cant use their skillz by pressing on a hot key, you have to press various combinations keys to activate skills. ex: Ctrl+ Ctrl+ Ctrl+ down+ Ctrl = skill As you see this is very complicated style and almost 7/10 players wont be able to play this kind of gameplay, because Arans come with many attack skillz and is hard to remember. These guys will be Amazing 4th job bossers. Possibly the best around. They are somewhat overpowered in that the damage %s are very high and they get 90% mastery but they deserve it because of the combo system. Its like the better player with the better combo gets the better reward.

So it requires even more micromanagement than WCIII? O.o and I thought RTS gave me brain aches, especially very slow matches in Starcraft. Now, I have to Micro for 200 lvls...must be fun.

Ovle : Aran's aren't going to ruin Maple. Everyone said Pirates was going to ruin Maple, and CK's was also going to ruin Maple.. It's still the same great Maplestory. (Lol) No its not..those did ruin maplestory..Things were better in the golden ages 3 years ago, i was abeta tester and i'd give anything for those memories back Now you can make a 120 in 4 weeks and i've done it legit without hacking or leeching

Hm this class seems to be interesting, if only we had this before I left. Oh and people thinking Arans ruining the game, think about the time we said pirates or Cygnus ruining the game.
