Z-helm, 8 attack wgs, 2 attack 6 dex PAC, no idea about crossbows, and then 10 dex shoes. Good luck o.O

You firstly need a weapon, and a zhelm, and a MoN( EDIT, I see your 94, get no pendant and wait til your 110). Just what I think, because they give attack, and you need the zhelms + MoNs extra STR to equip the xbow. Then, get a 10 attish work glove, and then maybe a 3/8 PAC or something like that. Then get yourslef an overall. Follow that general order, then you can get either earrings or shoes, probably shoes first though. As for the weapon, I would say a casa crow instead of a casa crow, since they're more common and easier to find higher att ones, and plus if you save money you can get a very nice neschere

Don't listen to them. Use the money to merchant. Get atleast 1bil and your equips will be better than what you have now. Also, just buy a shop permit. You don't need a mushy shop to sell your stuff. 1 bil can take around few weeks but once you get the hang of it, you can make more. =) And you never know if you will have the godliest bow or whatever equips there is that you can own with your merchant and scrolling skills.

I'm saying that its a better to have more cash and better equipment to use. You can still have fun even if you aren't rich.

zhelm, 100% dex overall, 8-9attk wg, well scrolled xbow, 2 attk/dex pac, dex shoes (6 ish) and 8 dex ears (or dep star).

Yes let's all buy mesos and inflate the rarer classes' scroll prices, just to quit at 130 when grinding becomes insanely hard. Then we can quit that character, and make another one to inflate their scroll prices. WHAT FUN!
