3rd Job Advancement Help

How do you do the 3rd job advance for a wind archer? I would like detailed instructions on how to do it. And is it the same for all classes? I heard that you get equips on your advancement. Does anyone know what those are? Thank you.

1. Talk to Nienheart 2. Get a Dark Crystal to exchange for a search permit 3. Go through every map in Ereve and talk to every NPC 4. Beat boss 5. Yay, you're done

I think you only need to look for your job instructor's clone thingy, you don't have to bother with other classes although you will probably see them. And I think they are like in the side portals. Like you know how there is the main training fields, with 2 portals at each end, well theres job instructor clone things in each of the portals at the end. Just saving you like a minute
