I play when I need an escape. Its a nice outlet to be able to forget about the drama and bs of real life and enjoy maple. I've also met some great friends through playing. But its only a good escape because I train at unpopular maps (no ksers) and chat with guildies/buddies. If I spent the time merchanting or fending off ksers, then I probably wouldn't think of it the same.
