Deputy Star question

Hello Basil, I have a question on the quest to get the deputy star. My friend said that you have to do the quest called Fool's gold twice, Rags to riches twice, one step a-head twice, and catch a bigfoot by the toe once. Is this true? If not, please post the correct way below. Thanks in advance

You firiend is a noob: Why would you need to do it twice execpt for bf? There is no sens, you just have to do it 1 time each quest

By the way I think its only worth it if you're getting it like as soos as possible. Because if you plan to get it at lvl 100 you might as well get a MoN which is a lot better.

im acually planning to get it right at level 80. my speigalmans necklace sucks
