Ok, well... I am 12 years old. I know im kinda young but I am 150 pounds and I think I am fat. Can you tell me a fast way to lose weight? (Not pills cause I'm not stupid) Thank you for your help! -Phil1237

Just consume alittle less calories each few day and youll be able to get used to eatting less. (This isnt exactly the fastest method but its the easiest imo)

um eat healther but exercise as well. i'm not in the best of shape but i keep myself together by walking to school.
