Allergic to alcohol?

Is it possible? Or am I just not used to it? After 1 drink, not only my face, but my entire body flushes red. I took 3 shots of Scotch once and soon after, I began feeling sick and started puking. My friends joke about me being allergic to alcohol, but if it is true, it will suuuuck.

I doubt you're allergic to alcohol. The puking thing would just be you drinking too much too fast without being used to it.

My parents also become red when they drink, but it's just their faces, not their entire bodies. However, my brother can drink as much as he wants and he doesn't turn red. :S I also have no other allergies that I know of.
