What's So Special about EWands/EStaffs?

Are they just powerful weapons that dont require LUK or is there something more special about them? like, I am an ice/lit wizard. is there a specific one I should buy?

Different numbers give different elements higher dmg.

They give percentile based damage additions which is also determined by what type of magic you're using. Elemental Staff 1; +25% to Fire, +10% to Poison. Level 103, requires 105 luck. They give an elemental boost to certain attacks And the wands are great for lukless mages.

when quiped with the right ele wand it boosts you dmg by 25% which is a substantial amount.. sorry but idk which for i/l

for IL its ele wand 7 and estaf 3 Effect : + 25% Ice dmg +10% Lightning Dmg (Note : the both have the same effects but different lvl, luk and int effects, also M.atk and W.atk)
