I plan on putting maple on a flash drive, so I can play on my laptop. My desktop already has maple, and I was gonna just press the "Send to" button, and send to "Removable Disk" (My flash drive). I want to keep it simple, but does it work? If I plug it into my laptop, will I be able to play when there is a new patch? Does the patch automatically download to my flashdrive or my laptop? Because my laptop is almost out of space. Any extra stuff I should be worried about? o.o Ty doodz

Ummm, just put it on the flash drive... I have no problems when there are patches. (I have ms on a flashdrive too for easy portability between comps)

Right click your maplestory folder, click copy, and just paste it in your flash drive. It'll patch Maple in your flash drive when it patches, and it won't have any issues running. I've been using a flash drive for maple for a while now.

Paste in your flashdrive Instead of clicking copy, can I just click "Send to", and send to "Removeable Disk E:"? Ok, its transfering the files, and it says "Approxomately 30minutes" ... thats a long time. |

Your flash drive has to be atleast 4GB if you want it to patch, and that's ONLY MS in it. 2GB will be enough to play from it, but when you have to patch, patch on your hard drive then copy over the new MS unto your flash drive.

OSparkX : Ok, I have ms on my flash drive. I put the flash drive onto my laptop. How do i play? Play just how you would normally. Go to the .exe in the game folder and it'll work just like if it were on your hard drive.
