Hai all koolio Basil dudes! err major question here... I'm becoming a freshie on tuesday and I'm nervous. I have a bunch of friends in every single of my classes. I'm just scared about band...I didn't attend the band camps during summer because I was on vacation. and I don't know ANYONE in band... I'm intimidated by the upper classmen... What shall I do?

Seniors in band are more inclined to be friendly to you than non-band seniors. I wouldn't worry about them.

the only band camp we have for school is for marching band... there aren't any/too many "gangsta" kids in band so don't worry about it

Just have fun and make new friends. Don't be shy. My freshman year was a BLAST. I loved every second of it. Don't waste any time though, cause you only get ONE freshman year. Assuming you don't fail.

GUYS SERIOUSLY! My school aren't those gangster/ghetto type... I didn't attend the marching band camp during summer. I don't know any of the marches. What if the upper classmen don't teach it to me?
