How do i get specter glasses? Where could i get glittering altaire earrings? Could people upgrade circle of ancient though/strength rings? Are the permanent agent shoes actually un-karmable? What other shoes are better then the perma agent shoes? other then fs shoes o-o

Specter glasses? Do you mean spectrum goggles? They're from New Leaf City Gachapon. Glittering earrings can be found from Ellin Forest Party Quest. You need to complete 50 Party Quests, have the normal earrings, and rank A. Also, you have to get a rank A on the party quest. That's 70% completion.

NLC Gachapon. EPQ (level 45-55)- A rank + 30 Altaire Fragments. Prequisite: Altaire Earrings- B rank + 20 Altaire Fragments. No idea. Yups. Besides FS, probably none.

how do you get the normal earrings? so you have to have done 50 quests, and have the earrings while you finish the 52st quest with an a rank?

Normal earrings are 20 party quests and rank B. Also 20 fragments as well.

I don't think there are any better rings but I think you can buy a ring in CS that gives +1 in ea stat.

Kinda, If I remember to obtain the glittering earrings you have to have successfully completed pq 50 times which gives you and A rank, have 30 altaire fragments and you must have obtained the normal earrings which can be received once you have 20 altaire fragments. You get 1 fragment each time you complete the pq.
