End of Leeching Forever?

Somebody in my guild alliance said that Nexon will patch leeching in the upcoming patch. Is this true? And if this happens, how will mages make mesos?

Shoyratini : I find that question to be very dumb. Agreed I never leeched for money. I leech friends for free. All the money i earned was from pure luck. 12 maples shield drops got me my ele staff 3 during maple event and 60% dex for helm drop from memory monks got me enough money to make my helm. Above everything else im just as poor as the rest of u. 17mil atm.

leeches are based on parties. the only way leeches can be canceled is if parties are canceled. no party means canceled pqs. so if u cancel leeches it will cancel a huge percentage of maplestory. maybe 50%! but... there is a way they can cancel leeching. u know dat u get a fraction of exp when som1 kills something on teh same map? they could cancel that. so in conclusion, it is possible for leeching could be canceled

They will find a new mule like spamming dex into a wind archer and into accuracy skills until it has atleast a 0.00001% or less chance of hitting then use storm that would hit it 100% of the time.

How can they stop leeching? It's not like they're going to ever spend the money to enforce a strict rule I'll take the example of "Scammers" who reign terror upon the worlds, yet little to nothing is often done. Let alone leeching - which is just using game skills for profit and quicker leveling I'm not saying I LIKE how leechers often scam and overcharge - but come on.
