Can I fight HH and do somewhat of a decent job? I'm lvl 80 and 2.3k hp

If you can keep it KBed then you can solo it.

Actually u can solo it, i was basiclly able to solo around 80,just fight HH on a map with jr wraths, keep hitting it it and when ur at a wall get touch damage from the jr wrath and then recoil past the HH and repeat till it dies.

HH is pretty easy. Not to be a jerk but I just ksed a 8x hermit's HH and he was missing 30% of the time. EDIT: opps thought u were a hermit

If u can KB it with every hit then yes, you can solo it. you need to do 1500 damage every hit to KB it.

Well, im level 92 now, and i fight HH when ever i get bored 0_o. At 92 it still one hits you, just dont let it touch you. I fight it on crossroads and i lure it down <-------------- then hop down and burst it with a little knockback and recoil.then before i get hit hop back to the rope and repeat. but it mite take you longer since your lower level. gl

at forgotten path you can snipe.... just beware of thoose ppl who lure the elderwraiths + firebrands to the portals since you dont got darksight >.<

Yeah you should be able to kill at your level, it might take awhile though.
