Does MPQ still Ban people?

I've heard you can get auto-ban while mpqing and i want to mpq., pain in the ass to grind through 7x.

well mpq is only for lvls 70-85 and ur lvl 90. idk if its safe enough to go in so i rly dunno

It doesn't ban you, the bans were resulting from partaking in the "Glitch" With the packet editor. The packets are now patched so you should be fine.

I think it's safe now. My outlaw MPQ'ed the last two days and nothing happened. Yet.

The bans weren't because you MPQd but because people hacked MPQ and some innocents got banned because they were in parties that did that and they claim they didnt know it was going on. I think its good now because I haven't had any problems and because that hacking should have been stopped with the last patch/server check.
