So, I recently decided that I don't like MapleStory anymore. Thus, I quit. Tough, after a while I was thinking about the reason for quitting MapleStory, and I came up with a few: --- MapleStory has become corrupted. Who has the big money these days ? You ? Hah,I don't think so. The merchanters do, if not the 'allmighty FMking'. The moment they decide that a snail shell costs 2.1B, it does. ---The main point in MapleStory ? NX. No doubt. The only thing we care for is mesos, and mesos can be easily aquired by brainless use of gachapon. Meaning that every little 10 year old kid buys an amount of NX that could safe Africa from dehydration. For example: The Miwok Chair. To get it, you have to pay $30. You might not see it now, but in a while you will notice that its retarded. ---'NX will never be benificial- Nexon'. Epic BS. Have you ever tried using the MTS (on a large scale that is) to make NX ? Its fairly impossible. Other than that; You can buy 2x exp/drop, pets wich pick up quicker than you, hired merchants wich sell stuff for you, and not to forget; The Aura rings. NX not benificial ? My *ss. EDIT:: I forgot to mention the APQ. Have fun trying to APQ without ever buying NX. This were the reasons why I quit MapleStory. NOTE:: This is not a thread with wich I want to scream: 0MG l00k m3 quit, but I'm asking you wether you think that I am right or not. EDIT2:: Please don't think that I am Anti-Nexon all of a sudden, in fact, I play Combat Arms (Europe because I can't play on the global server >.>) right now. This is totally correct, Nexon's head just thinking about money, haha! They don't care about peoples lives and time they spend on this game, as long as they get addicting enough to steal their mommy's credit card and buy NX.

Storm : I see where ur coming from, but i still like it cause my friends still play. Well. I agree on that point. It was quite hard to quit the game, because of my friends. Even tough internet relations are most of the fake, I still had a hard time leaving them behind.

You can play the entire game without paying NX; no one is forcing you except you envying those that have it. Stop complaining about it if you don't want to fork out the money, people will choose how they wish to spend it. And I can safely say that out of those that don't buy NX, only a select few will actually put that money to good use. Most will just waste it elsewhere.

Maple is all about fun. If you just ignore these things, it'll become so much better. In fact...create a new character without any of your buddies knowing (other than the ones in real life). Refuse to join a guild, and train alone. Stay out of the FM, MTS, and CS. Disregard all competition. It'll feel like a whole new game.
