I drank a full glass of milk now I have really bad diarrhea. Does anybody else get this?

Your lactose intolerant. Your body doesn't produce an enzyme to break down milk. I suggest avoiding dairy products from now on.

As the first poster stated, you're probably lactose intolerant. That is the same thing my sister experiences when drinking regular milk. Also, she gets really bad cramps.

My brother massively farts if he drinks milk. He has to wait 6 hours though.

The only other thing I ate was ramen. I am pretty sure it was the milk.

I have light lactose intolerance. Stuff like yogurt doesn't really do anything but a glass of milk, on the other hand... Anyways, I just drink Lactaid instead of regular milk. I tried the pills at one point but would always forget to take them. Lactaid isn't that bad at all, unless you get nonfat, then it's simply disgusting.
